Photo Shoots

Specific themed organised shoots, with Workshops attached.

Perfect scenes, legendary machines, period equipment and personnel, all expertly positioned and lit for you to capture. They will often include an overnight stay/morning post-processing Workshop. A truly fantastic way to improve your photography in a relaxed environment and get to grips with all levels of image editing afterwards.

• Themed Photo Shoots for dedicated small groups
• Historic scene recreations, with period actors, delivered in partnership with an established organisation
• Dedicated pre-shoot briefing to ensure you get the most from the experience
• Dedicated image editing Workshop after the event to share results and techniques
• Year-round participation

  • Holding a camera doesn't make a person a photographer, same as holding a driving licence doesn't make someone a driver… COAP may possibly be (for me) a game changer.

    Adrian, Mildenhall.

  • I came out of that workshop buzzing. A very enjoyable, relaxed and well planned event attended by a varied selection of aviation photography enthusiasts that bodes well for the future of COAP.

    Adrian, Workshop.

  • I enjoyed the course, I learned from it, and it has made me want more - both in terms of my photography and the mechanics of it. The brief showing of LR opened my eyes, and I know that I need to raise my game, to learn a lot more about my whole approach, and I see COAP as being the vehicle for that improvement.

    Adrian, Workshop.

  • It was extremely informative and taught me a lot about taking aviation pictures even though I have been doing it for 30 years. I can’t wait to try things out.

    Andy, Whetstone.

  • In a word: Superb. Nothing but praise from start to finish.

    Ian, Assignment.

  • The talk on the Monday and the met/base/operations brief on Tuesday morning were sensational and reinforced the tremendous sense of privilege that I felt being on the trip.

    Ian, Assignment.

  • It really was an excellent visit right from the start… and as I look through my images (again!) I have to pinch myself to bring home the fact that I really was there and I was that close

    Ian, Oxted.

  • Exceptional, unrestricted access to life on a front-line squadron that is normally denied to members of the public.

    Leigh, Colchester.

  • Two events down and certainly from my point of view, two successes. My main reason for booking these events is to improve my photography and to learn from more experienced hands and I feel that I am coming away from events moving forwards each time

    Neil, Buckingham.
